Shipping policy
All Domestic orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items that require signature such as books could take longer due to Marcus' schedule.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping with some limitations.
There is a much longer waiting period to receive your international order. We do not guarantee delivery on international shipping since arrival can vary greatly depending on the destination. We ship intl orders, First Class International Mail with USPS, in order to keep the cost of shipping down for our customers. This means the package cannot be tracked once it leaves the UNITED STATES borders and transfers to your perspective country's mail carrier. If lost or damaged upon arrival, Team Never Quit is not responsible for replacing or refunding the customer for the order or shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Team Never Quit is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. You package could spend a lengthy amount of time in customs so please be patient.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
